Useful answers

Questions from employees.

Is there an app to download?

You can access PayThee through your phone’s web browser. No App Store or Google Play download is required. Open the sign-in link provided by your employer; you can bookmark it for easy access.

Can I see my holiday entitlement and what is left?

Yes, where your employer has enabled HR and set up your entitlement. Your holiday area shows your balance and requests. Speak to your employer if you think an entitlement or adjustment needs checking.

Does submitting holiday mean it is approved?

No. Your employer reviews the request. Check its status and wait for approval before treating the dates as confirmed.

Can I report sickness from my phone?

Yes, where sickness reporting is enabled. Enter the required dates and details in the portal. You should still follow your employer’s reporting policy, including any requirement to call your manager.

Why can’t I see a payslip or a particular feature?

Your employer controls your access and the services enabled. A payslip must be made available to your account before you can view it. Ask your payroll or HR contact to check missing records, account details or feature access.

Who can help with a pay or holiday query?

Start with your employer’s payroll or HR contact. They manage your employment records, payroll figures and holiday policy and can check the information shown in your account.
