From the first clock-in to a reviewed timesheet.

01

Clock in from your phone

Employees can start and finish an entry through their mobile browser. They choose an activity and can add a note, so the time record has useful context.

02

Record the lunch break

Start and end the lunch break within an open entry. PayThee uses the recorded break when calculating worked time.

03

See what the time was for

Record work against activities such as a customer job, travel, training or administration. Job links are available where the relevant tools are enabled.

04

Review a week together

Managers can review an employee’s weekly entries and approve completed time, making the handover from team member to payroll administrator clearer.

05

Correct with a reason

Authorised managers can correct recorded times with an explanation. Changes are audited, helping you understand what changed and why.

06

Prepare your export

Export timesheet information for your payroll workflow. Review the hours and your organisation’s pay rules before using them in a pay run.

HOW IT FITS YOUR DAY

A simple working routine.

Record the day

Your employee clocks in, records a lunch break and clocks out.

Review the week

A manager checks the entries, resolves mistakes and approves completed time.

Prepare payroll

Use the reviewed hours and exports as part of payroll preparation.

USEFUL ANSWERS

The practical details.

Does clocking work on a phone?

Yes. Employees use the mobile-friendly web portal with the Time module enabled. There is no app-store download required.

Does PayThee record location?

Clock-in and clock-out can request the device’s location. Capture depends on permission and device availability; PayThee records the outcome. This is location at clocking, not continuous tracking.

Does approving a timesheet pay an employee automatically?

No. Timesheet review and approval support your payroll process. Payroll preparation and review remain separate steps.

Which plan includes Time & Attendance?

Complete includes Time & Attendance alongside Payroll and People. Employee access depends on the tools enabled by the employer.

PEOPLE. PAY. SIMPLE.
